City Hive is looking for a multitasker that’s passionate about solving problems and helping others grow their business. We work with the entire three-tiered American Wine and Spirits Industry,from the country’s largest brands to local family-owned businesses, and are looking for a Support Specialist who will be able to work efficiently to solve everyday requests while delivering a great experience to our clients.


What you will do -

  • Identify product improvements and communicate feedback to our leadership team
  • Prioritize incoming client support cases in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Analyze merchant data to identify areas of opportunities and implement scalable solutions
  • Work directly with our Customer Success team to maximize opportunities that will help our clients reach their goals
  • Establish yourself as a dependable, solution-oriented product expert who can creatively and professionally advise clients on digital presence best practices


What you will need -

  • BA/BS degree or a similar college-level education
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Appcues is beneficial
  • 1+ years of client support in a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong computer skills, including typing skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new programs
  • Self-starter & team player who enjoys cross-team collaboration
  • Ability to work quickly and independently with excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills
