Job Summary

Your mission ... should you choose to accept it ... is to field calls, answer questions, explain product information, and provide customers clarity on their accounts

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deescalate angry customers
• Respond to and resolve customer questions
• Sell / Up sell products on customer's account
• Research possible solutions to customer issues
• Retain customers wanting to cancel
• Field inbound calls in a professional manner

Qualifications

• The ability to type 25 wpm
• Skill to communicate effectively with customers
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task
• Ability to be proactive
• Must pass a Background and Drug test
• Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
• Ability to handle a high stress environment
