Job Description
ComputerCare, a premier IT services company located in Santa Clara, is currently looking for a Customer Success Representative at our location in Stockton, CA. The Customer Success Representative is responsible for managing ComputerCare’s current customers with the goal of providing excellent customer support, which result in high levels of customer retention, and new opportunities to up/cross sell appropriately based on our customer’s changing needs. This position will also be focused on onboarding and acquiring new customer accounts. You will work closely with the Sales Team, Customer Service, and the Technical Team to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience across the board. An implicit responsibility of this role is to conduct business dealings with prospects in a way that represents ComputerCare’s company values. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Understand client needs and tailoring custom solutions through consultative selling
  • Drive and own the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying targeted accounts in various sectors to closing business opportunities across a range of industry sectors
  • Prioritize opportunities to provide the best customer experience and ensure 100% satisfaction
  • Lead all aspects of deal execution, including discovery, prioritization of deals, strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring, and negotiation
  • Perform development activities such as inbound lead follow-up making calls, sales campaigns and sending emails to schedule quality meetings
  • Manage the building and upkeep of our customer portals such as new portal creation and accessory additions
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership for key customer feedback to improve business processes and create roadmap planning for improvements
  • Manage our SMB/Batch customer estimate sending and daily repair pickup/drop offs
  • Continuously “connect the dots” within your account base to create executive alignments and develop broad relationships and engagement across targeted teams and leadership
  • Maintain hyper focus on identifying pain in a customer’s environment and develop a business-orient point of view that compels them to act to solve for it
  • Become the main point of contact for the accounts you manage to understand their needs, pain points and how ComputerCare can support them further through weekly, bi weekly or monthly check ins
  • Come with a strong “hunter” mindset that will support ComputerCare’s growth vision and goals without jeopardizing the company’s values
  • Use HubSpot and internal processes optimally for all lead management and sales forecasting
  • Generate revenue by selling, managing, and developing existing client relationships as well as generating inbound and outbound leads when appropriate
  • Foster and accelerate strong ecosystem partner relationships to expand market coverage, awareness and penetration within your accounts
  • Research prospective accounts and identifying key contacts using ComputerCare’s ideal customer profile and personas to understand their needs, pain points and how ComputerCare can support them
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections with the goal of understand the customer’s pain points and needs and how ComputerCare can solve them
Requirements:


  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in business development or similar customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry
  • You are high-energy: personable, optimistic, entrepreneurial and have fantastic phone skills
  • Flexibility to manage competing priorities, shift focus as determined by the changing needs of the business, and continually adapt in a rapidly growing sales organization
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals in a sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
  • Experience selling IT Consulting and Professional Services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively and comfortably interact with professionals of all titles, including executive leadership, both internally and externally
  • Motivated self-starter and love bringing new ideas to the table, with an eagerness to take ownership over tasks, assignments, and projects
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of success, embracing change, being coachable, ambitious and determined to overcome obstacles
  • Capable of providing strong focus on new business but also possess a strong mindset on how to grow existing business
  • Meticulous and thorough follow-up skills to assure consistency in all aspects
Qualifications:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have a strong phone and video conferencing presence
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in team environments, and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Netsuite and HubSpot experience strongly preferred
  • Strong computer skills, preferably Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and an eye for detail
