Job Description

Primary Skills: Customer Success, SaaS, Customer Management


  • Work with Enterprise Accounts $1M and above.
  • Participate as a member of the Workfront CS Org and collaborate with other CSMs working in this account segment.
  • Create a regular cadence to meet and work with them.
  • Provide input and contribution to internal CSM best practices.
  • Partner with them on their Workfront strategy, adoption, health, growth and other solution-driven needs.


Skills:

  • Experience as a CSM or Consultant: Customer facing skills, i.e., professional approach, critical thinking, ability to move issues/areas of interest to resolution - ability to interact with other stakeholders in the client ecosystem on behalf of the customer/account.
  • Knowledge of Workfront capabilities and its ability to integrate with other products.
