Opportunity


Hybrid Role - Rayleigh - Durham

  • Career Defining Opportunity
  • Hybrid role - approx 2-3 days in office

  • Commission based on individual performance
  • $60,000 - $80,000 Basic Salary depending on experience


Alongside our UK Customer Success team you’ll take CS responsibility for a portfolio of high touch and mid-market accounts across the Education, Corporate and Public Sector’s in the US.


Customer Success within this scale-up is all-encompassing and will include onboarding, reducing churn, on-site customer training, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, driving new user adoption, and most importantly ensuring outstanding levels of CSAT!

You will be a customer champion within the business, demonstrating product and industry expertise and contributing to the product roadmap alongside the sales and marketing strategy.


Initially Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will also be working closely with the UK CSM team in reporting overall Account Health.


As the company moves and expands its current foothold further into the US Education and Public Sector, you’ll see some amazing opportunities to be part of the rocket of growth, additionally unlike many CS roles you will be financially rewarded for your success.


You


Following significant investment, the business are expanding an already successful US client base by searching for the ‘first boots on US ground’ Customer Success team member, who will be supporting our successful UK team and the brand new US Commercial team.


It’s preferred that you can demonstrate experience of working with Education or Public Sector customers, combined with an Account Management or Customer Success background within SaaS. An appreciation of the buyer behaviour in these sectors will enable you to hit the ground running.


Having said that, having a global reach this business believes in personality and communication being the key to a successful Customer Success Manager, therefore if you have any level of experience within SaaS, Virtual Reality (VR) or Educational Technology (EdTech) and Customer Success and believe yourself to be a strong communicator… we would be delighted to hear from you!


You will hold KPI’s around renewals and upsell, reducing churn, user testing & Social Media Engagement… to name a few!


This is a hybrid opportunity so it’s important that you have the motivation to work alone and as part of close-knit team in the Rayleigh-Durham area.
