FullStack is seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support the company's global business and revenue objectives. As a CSM and individual contributor, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of accounts, including staffing key roles and maintaining overall client relationships to ensure comprehensive coverage of FullStack's clients. As a key team member reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will play a critical role in driving team revenue goals through exceptional customer service and effective account management.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage multiple accounts, prioritizing clients, and prioritizing tasks to ensure delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
- Work with the Customer Success team to manage and visualize data around account performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and being a supporting force in the go-to-market function.
- Navigate a startup environment that requires a dedicated focus on execution and an ability to prioritize impactful actions.
- Travel to key stakeholders and clients for face-face meetings.
- Work to build account plans and identify growth strategies.
- Work with staffing to place talent with clients, based on Client headcount requirements.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving customer success and satisfaction.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the software consulting, IT staffing, or IT recruiting industry.
- History of and familiarity with account management (developing leads and identifying opportunities).
- Strong organizational, presenting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate and manage time independently.
- Strong client service skills.
- 5-10 years of experience in direct client support, sales, or client management.
