Position Summary:

As an Associate Customer Service Specialist, you will assist customers with a wide variety of inquiries by servicing an inbound contact center line. You will guide the customer through their Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) claim process, helping with questions and concerns along the way. Your focus will be on creating a positive, lasting impression through excellent customer service, education, and problem solving techniques.


You will need to have:

  • A high level of initiative and drive to succeed, coupled with an ability to independently problem solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple computer software programs and using a variety of resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written, professional communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

This position offers:

  • Starting pay up to $40,000.00 per year
  • Four weeks of paid, interactive training, followed by a supportive mentor program.
  • Shift schedule: 8:30 a.m. CST - 5:00 p.m. CST
