What You’ll Do:
The Customer Solutions Coordinator contributes to the department’s efforts to receive, process, and follow-up on documentation. As part of the delinquent notes and claim team you will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documentation, achievement of service level agreements and departmental key performance indicators.
  • Data entry of essential case data is of high accuracy and meets system requirements
  • Work with internal teams through escalation processes
  • Communicate expectations to external stakeholders
  • Identify stakeholder problems, engages with appropriate department for resolutions
  • Other duties as required/assigned
  • Serves as first contact for the retrieval of delinquent documentation
  • Maintain compliance with State and Federal laws and regulations
  • Document and track support ticket requests ensuring proper notification to all parties of impacted
  • Attention to detail in accurately documenting information in multiple systems
  • Provides exceptional customer experience to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Processes and manages book of business while exceeding client expectations, SLAs, team and individual KPIs
  • Ability to problem solve during active communication with stakeholder
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple cases at one time
  • Provides timely and accurate communication on cases by leveraging phones, fax, email, CRM, and company-specific software
  • Professional and positive phone etiquette
  • Accepts inbound and outbound calls to support therapy providers and clinics
Must Have’s:
  • High School diploma, prefer some college.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience with multiple computer systems and programs
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Proficient with customer service approaches

  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to execute specific client work instructions
  • Advanced reasoning and problem-solving abilities and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, providers, clients, customers and the general public

Compensation:
The range of base salary for this role is between $36,600 to $42,120 plus benefits. Please note that base salary is a guideline and will vary based on factors such as work location, qualifications, skill level, and competencies. Additionally, salary is just one component of Bardavon’s total rewards package. Depending on the role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program and/or incentive pay.
