Nature Of Work
Performs first line supervisory work and functions as the information source for all queries about plans and/or permit status, creates various reports for distribution from the Infor and Project Dox platforms. Work is performed under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus two (2) years of customer service experience and considerable public contact required, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. One (1) year of supervisory experience is required. Call center experience is preferred. Must type 25 correct words per minute.

Typing Test Information
  • Applicants will have (3) three days from the date of the invitation to complete the test. Tests may be completed virtually or onsite.
  • Applicants are allowed one opportunity to pass the typing test within a posting period or any given 30 days. Scores are valid for one year
  • Only applicants meeting the minimum qualifications will be invited via email. Invitations will be sent to the email address listed on the application.
  • Tests are administered by invitation only.
