Salary range: $54,857 to 69,668

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for assigning and reviewing work activities, coaching, and developing direct reports, refining processes for maximum efficiency, and managing the work environment to be inclusive and focused on customer experiences. Prudence, professionalism, and tact when interacting with others and an overall customer satisfaction are key elements that will be vital to this position. A continued focus on staff retention and succession planning are essential components of this role. As part of the Exceptional Services focus area, this role is designated to be part of the Customer Service leadership team to drive consistency, efficiency, next level of excellence in service as well as provide data-driven recommendations while continuing to establish customer experience as a key component to organizational culture.
