National Floors Direct is a direct-to-consumer Carpet and Flooring Specialty Service. We deliver the customer experience and expertise of a High End Floor Covering Specialty Store directly to our customers’ home. This revolutionary approach to satisfying the floor covering needs of homeowners is part of our commitment to delivering an industry leading customer experience.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing team. We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, and top notch customer reviews due in part to great Customer Success Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls regarding all post-sale issues. Our Customer Success Team teams play a crucial role in our commitment to delivering an industry leading customer experience. You will be responsible for handling all inbound communications, phone calls and emails, regarding the resolution of customer issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a mastery of product, procedural, and best practices knowledge.
  • Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
  • Availability to work some nights and weekends.
  • Provide customers with courteous, timely and effective support.
  • Participate in regular training and development meetings as required.
  • Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.
  • Providing a positive and informative customer experience.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals and outcomes.
  • Engaging with customers regarding their floor covering needs.
  • Use internal tools to document all customer touch points and communications.
  • Making prompt and timely outbound calls to customers regarding their products and services.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Call Center, Customer Service, Customer Success or Account Manager experience.
  • Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor.
  • The desire to grow and learn new skills.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and best practices.
  • Technologically proficient.
  • Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
