As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and efficiently resolve customer issues
Responsibilities
- Update reservations according to manifest
- Assist agents with amendments (CCA)
- Manage large volumes of emails and incoming calls
- Generate booking sheets and prioritize load for flights
- Provide excellent service, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Meet personal and team quotas for airfreight bookings and rate request
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, offer solutions within time limits, and ensure resolution
- Build trusting relationships through effective communication
- Complete daily flight reports and log discrepancies
- Process air cargo reservations, modifications, and tracing; escalate complaints across various channels
Job Requirements
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 1+ years in customer support or client service representation with a Cargo Airline company
- Detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Energetic with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of airline booking systems (Priority, IBS, SkyChain, Cargospot, or similar)
- High School Diploma
