Job Description
First Call Jewel of Idaho Falls, ID is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative. Are you great on the phone? Do you enjoy providing great customer service in a fast-paced office environment? This full-time Customer Service Representative /Dispatcher position earns competitive wages starting at $15.00/hr.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CSR


As a CSR, you arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or on your computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians.


You schedule calls in order to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track. You also communicate with the warehouse to help arrange prompt delivery of parts and equipment. You are like our conductor who directs us as we perform our individual parts resulting in a successful concert of service each day!


You also make phone calls to inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments. Afterward, you verify that services have been performed appropriately and clients are happy. You are happy to perform a variety of office duties as needed. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Customer Service Representative


  • Customer service experience
  • Phone experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 35-45 WPM
  • Ability to pass a background and drug test


Familiarity with the home service industry would be a plus but is not required. We can train the right person! Are you dependable? Do you have excellent customer service skills? WORK SCHEDULE


This is a full-time in office position with a typical schedule of Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
