Job Description

Responsibilities


Job responsibilities are divided amongst the Review Assistants daily to meet the requirements of contracts. There are multiple resources available via Microsoft OneNote and Teams. Direct access via instant messenger for real-time assistance when needed.

Required skills/experience:

Required per job description/contract.

Proficient in computer knowledge, Excellent phone etiquette, able to transcribe phone conversation at the time it is occurring, attention to detail, reliable and regular attendance.

Preferred skills/experience:

Any nice-to-have skills/experience but not required

Prefer knowledge of medical terms and/or health insurance.

Review Assistant II

As a Review Assistant II, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound communication in support of case review activities including collection and confirmation of data integrity in support of clinical review services.
