Customer Service Center Receptionist & Screener

Role Purpose Statement

Position with responsibility for various Administrative functions. Provides support to all departments as needed. Interacts with all levels of management and employees.

Main Accountabilities

• Assist the HR team with recruiting calls, pre-screening, completing interviews
• Receive phone calls, direct them to the correct recipients
• Properly sign all guests in and out of the building while following the proper security measures
• Perform basic administrative tasks
• Assure the readiness of the reception area for each working day and maintain the cleanliness of the front office
• Assist the department as needed in all functions
• Oversee the Uniform room and distribution of uniforms to all employees
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Greet individuals entering the building, determine purpose of visit, and escort them to specific destination
• Perform extensive security checks for all persons entering and leaving the building

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) would valuable, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups – must be flexible
• Data Entry experience a plus
• Must be able to work in a 24/7 work environment with varying temperatures
• 1 year of administrative experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, interact with all levels of management and maintain strict confidentiality
