Your Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer service inquiries
• Ensuring the communication flow process is followed as per the QA guidelines
• Updating customer accounts with appropriate notes and details
• Escalating critical issues to team leaders when required

What We Need From You:

• Strong computer literacy skills including use of keyboard and monitor
• Able to sit for extended periods of time
• Able to pass an employment, criminal and credit, background checks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
• Available Monday through Friday 40+ hours a week
• Efficient and accurate typing ability (minimum 40 WPM)
• Excellent customer service knowledge and skills
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships
