HerMD is looking for a full-time Customer Service (Call Center) Representative with excellent people skills to answer phones with Zendesk, a cloud-based ticketing system, and provide our patients and clients with a hassle-free and caring experience. We are a rapidly expanding womens healthcare practice: a full-service gynecologic practice with a medical spa.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Assist in the organization and administration of company objectives and policies
- Accurately record client information and communication encounters in the “EMR” (Electronic Medical Record)
- Answer telephones and provide appropriate information or route call to the appropriate person
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and products, as well as programs, promotions and / or discounts available
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by patients
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Regularly attend and participate in all training classes and staff meetings
- Perform clerical tasks as assigned such as scheduling, making phone calls, completing forms and data entry
- Minimum of at least one year of customer service experience
- Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills a must
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with cloud-based technology desired
