Responsibilities
Delight our valued customers, primarily providers with occasional interactions with members, by offering knowledgeable responses to a variety of inquiries related to claims, benefits, eligibility, and more.
Assist with claim status and explanation, benefit verification, authorization reviews, overpayment recovery, provider contract status, and general information.
Provide exceptional service and support, establishing a strong rapport with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements
A passion for customer service, with 2-4 years of prior experience in a Health Insurance environment.
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
A high school diploma or GED.
