As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you will be the friendly voice of our company, engaging with customers to provide valuable information, address inquiries about benefits and coverage, and ensure prompt resolution of any concerns or complaints. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and strengthening our positive reputation.
Responsibilities
Delight our valued customers, primarily providers with occasional interactions with members, by offering knowledgeable responses to a variety of inquiries related to claims, benefits, eligibility, and more.
Assist with claim status and explanation, benefit verification, authorization reviews, overpayment recovery, provider contract status, and general information.
Provide exceptional service and support, establishing a strong rapport with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements
A passion for customer service, with 2-4 years of prior experience in a Health Insurance environment.
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
A high school diploma or GED.
