General Vision Services is seeking a personable and organized Customer Advocate to join their team!

• College Degree Preferred
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Optical experience and/or insurance knowledge a plus
• Ability to actively listen
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-starter, multi-tasker with strong attention to detail required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong typing skills
• Schedule appointment for customers/clients
• Answer calls timely and professionally in a Healthcare Call Center
• Produce weekly reports
