The Role
A rare opportunity has opened to join the Le Bent family.
As the USA Customer Service & Operations Coordinator, you will work with the Operations Manager on ensuring world class customer service and efficient operation of the business’s day to day activities. You are responsible for customer service along with general administrative and operational tasks including, but not limited to, order processing and invoicing, logistics, system databases and data entry, sales and marketing support, projects, support of the directors, and other administrative tasks.
You are a key USA operational driver, custodian of key operational processes, ensuring the company runs efficiently from an operational perspective, while delivering friendly, professional customer service that delivers high customer satisfaction.

You are someone with superior organisational skills that allow you to work across multiple projects at the same time. Our deadlines change weekly, so your adaptable nature will see you settle in quickly.

Based in a sales office in Park City, Le Bent is an employer of choice that offers the ability to grow as the business grows.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Coordination of logistics from warehouse to customers, and any other stock movement requirement that may arise.
2. Process sales orders, invoices, credits, warranties and returns within the set SLA requirements using the company’s sales and inventory systems; communicate with customers and warehouse in a timely and courteous manner making sure all orders, warranties and returns are completed and shipped within SLA requirements.
3. Provide friendly, professional customer service and specialised advice and information on the company’s products and services; respond to customer/public/supplier enquiries and problems within SLA requirements in own functional area utilising a high degree of interpersonal skills.
4. Serve as a reliable point of contact for the US Sales Team, promptly addressing their inquiries and providing necessary support.
5. Process new customer credit applications; create new customers in all required systems; manage existing customers and associated data in all required systems.
6. Manage monthly reporting templates and data provision.
7. Establish and drive efficient administrative and operational processes.
8. Contribute to projects as required.
9. Maintain filing and required databases.
10. General office management - maintaining neat and tidy space and adequate supplies.
Skills and Qualifications
1. 3+ years successful experience in the co-ordination and delivery of administration, operations and customer service.
2. Strong skills in data management and Excel
3. Strong customer service skills and can do attitude
4. Problem solving and innovative / entrepreneurial thinking
5. Willingness to adapt and to work with new software systems
6. Organised, analytical mindset, shows sound judgement
