Job Description
In this tough financial climate every penny counts and the community outreach brand ambassador would engage, connect and provide an avenue of financial relief, through the provision of free mobile communication services to individuals/ communities in need. This works to provide participants with a lifetime worth of mobile services to advocate the redirection of their income into more needed channels for their well being such as food, utilities and the lot as opposed to funds being spent on communication services.


Position Key Accountabilities:


  • Compilation of daily acquired market research and low level financial reports to be delivered to service provider
  • Team lead, training for newer ambassadors
  • Daily Inhouse training sessions of brand ambassadors, on best practices and compliance
  • Conduct daily events educating community members about the services and assist them by reducing yearly expense by removing mobile communication expense and providing a free service
  • Potential upward mobility in five to six month


Certification/Skills:


Bilingual – Spanish/English preferred but not a mandatory


Good communication skills, both written and verbal


Computer/ Mobile device literate


Demonstrated abilities to work independently, take responsibility for assignments with deadlines and work as part of a team are required.


Ability to provide customer-service-driven care to all participants.


Ability to set priorities and multitask in high pressure situations.


Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to conduct street and community


outreach. Minimum Education:


High school degree or equivalent.


Minimum Experience:


No experience required. One year of relevant work experience preferred.


Physical Requirements:


Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 5 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount to move objects.
