Customer Quality Manager Jobs

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced manager to lead internal teams to achieve ASM's quality goals per customers' quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·Be the single point of contact from ASM Customer Quality for your account. Be the Voice of the Customer. Master customer requirements on product quality and supplier quality KPI matrix. Prioritize and address quality performance issues for products and processes to improve quality. Deliver quality reports to the customer.

·Represent the customer to internal teams. Drive the FA results and alignment of CIP milestones, test plan and final delivery to the customers. Manage and solve all Customer Quality related technical and business related issues.

Qualifications

·Semiconductor fab, Process Equipment or Metrology Equipment experience. 10+ experience

·Master of Science or Engineering is strongly preferred. Technical competency is a must.

·Self-driven ability to lead multi-functional teams, influence, think outside the box, and communicate effectively.

·Expertise in quality process and standards is required.

We are also looking for Sr. Engineers in OR and AZ to support this manager.
