We are looking for a confident individual who is experienced on the phones that we can build around. As a Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be trained on Gunner’s product offerings, systems and software and set up for success. This is a player/coach role and the first position of what we envision will become a department as the company continues its expansion efforts.

Gunner provides a paid 2 week training as part of our onboarding process!

Job Duties:

• NO COLD CALLING – COMPANY LEADS PROVIDED, ALL INBOUND
• Manage and nurture company leads to set sales appointments at a high level
• Tracking data and analytics
• Act as a ‘Gate Keeper’ for solicitation calls
• Answer company phone lines to conduct a discovery call and dispatch a Sales Representative for an in home appointment
• Dispatch Project Managers for service requests, as needed
• Attend company and team meetings
• Articulation of Gunner's Products and Services to new and existing homeowners
• Work efficiently as a team member and solo

Requirements

• Charisma, sense of humor, and people skills needed
• Must have an unlimited drive to succeed and a positive attitude
• HubSpot experience, a plus
• Outstanding communication and listening skills
• Previous Sales Experience Preferred
