Job Description

Skylab is opening a new position in our fast-growing team for a highly motivated, eager to learn, entry-level customer experience and operations member. We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of customer support, product management, and copywriting initiatives to drive exceptional customer experiences and product success.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer success and retention through proactive engagement and assistance.
  • Champion customer needs and insights to shape product requirements and feature prioritization.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver outstanding support.
  • Track and analyze metrics to measure customer satisfaction and support performance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers for implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, effectively communicating customer concerns, bugs, and feature requests.
  • Craft engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, websites, blogs, and other communication channels.


Requirements:

  • Experience in customer support, product management, and copywriting.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather and synthesize customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Proficient in crafting compelling and persuasive content.
