The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for an Customer Care Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in a responsible customer service or office administration role, with experience working directly with customers via phone and email. Recent graduates will also be considered.


Our Client offers a great work environment, including casual dress and a fun, friendly atmosphere. Once hired directly, employees receive an excellent benefits package with medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and 401K. This role will have a hybrid work arrangement, with Monday and Friday remote and the remaining 3 days in-office. A virtual work station and complete training will be provided.


  • Vendor management/selection/coordination as per account and company requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships
  • Correspond with clients via email and phone quickly and efficiently
  • Assist corporate executives relocate for overseas assignments
  • Thoroughly review all authorizations, account requirements, country requirements
  • Submit rate quotations via email and/or through 3rd party systems as required
  • Enter information and notes into the company's workflow tracking system
  • Monitor and confirmation key shipment dates


Required


  • Must be comfortable using Windows, MS Office, Internet, Email
  • 2+ years of experience in a responsible administrative, accounting, or customer service role, with experience working directly with customers


Preferred


  • Strong math skills
  • An Associates degree or higher in Business or a related discipline
