Customer Care Manager And Sales (Full Time) - Remote | Wfh

We are looking for a customer-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Care Manager/Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating new leads, and managing the front desk operations of our physical therapy clinic.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to patients and prospective clients, both in person and over the phone
Generate new leads through phone calls, email marketing, and social media
Manage the front desk operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, handling payments, and maintaining patient records
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies
Work with the clinic's owners to improve the overall customer experience
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
