Description


The primary responsibility of the Customer Care Coordinator is to establish unique relationships with clients and ensure a smooth and efficient window and door replacement project. They establish consistent communication routines, by partnering with their assigned sales reps. All finalized sales are sent to the Customer Care Coordinator, who begins the order creation process within Salesforce. They will provide updates throughout the project, often answering customer questions and scheduling appointments with technicians and installers. Before closing the project, Customer Care Coordinators help drive survey metrics, and ensure a Medallia review is sent to the client.


Responsibilities


  • Create homeowner’s job file, upload and log information into the correct business platforms.
  • Assist with general project organization in Operations and Production, and complete additional tasks assigned by Managers.
  • Provide Signature Service by being the primary point of contact for the homeowner.
  • Follow established Renewal processes, making recommendations for process improvement.
  • Clarify, diagnose, and correctly route customer issues to the appropriate associate or department.
  • Schedule homeowner's technical measure and installation date.
  • Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment, while providing calm customer interactions.
  • Organize shared email accounts, spreadsheets, and calendars.


Requirements


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, character and/or ability required.


High school diploma


  • 1+ years of past customer service experience
  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint database experience
  • Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills
