Your Career Opportunity


Through inbound calls, you will be responsible for building relationships, solving issues and responding to customer inquiries related to the many solutions offered by the company. Our focus is on delivering an outstanding experience for our customers through problem solving and in a very responsive manner. Yes, we are obsessed with superior customer service.

More on Your Day-Day Activities


  • Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
  • Asking as many questions as you need to understand the customers’ needs and priorities, and problem-solving in a metric driven environment.
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with all customers to make their experience better and to solve their issues. Assisting our customers with questions about our solutions, their particular services, taking orders, scheduling service or whatever else the customer needs.

  • Greet customers with happiness and confidence; building a sense of trust and confidence to help serve their needs and solve their issues.

Requirements


Knowledge and Experience:


  • 3+ years of successful customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), launching applications and navigating multiple systems preferred, experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Experience in any service-related industry is a bonus, but not required.
  • Care about customers! Has the ability to engage with customers, build rapport, share and inform.
  • Strong learning agility; flexible and adaptable to learning new things and then apply that learning to perform successfully in the role in a fast paced, metric driven environment.
  • Availability to work any shift within the Monday through Friday operating hours of 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
