Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
• Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team when necessary
• Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving
• Assist customers in adding or removing products and services
• Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade

Candidate Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service oriented with the ability to build relationships with team and customers
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
