Position Highlights

• Employment Type: Contract
• Industry: Healthcare Customer Service

• Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact, providing operational and reimbursement support to complex programs within LabCorp
• Support outbound calls and handle complex benefits investigations to payers
• Take ownership of issues and remove obstacles that prevent patients or providers from accessing requested therapies
• Provide marketing support, reimbursement hotlines, patient assistance programs, Hubs, foundations, safety surveillance programs, case management, and compliance programs
