Title: Curriculum Development Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Qualifications:
This role will align to large scale program, new people leaders, for GL&D.
Responsibilities will span across GL&D and client teams.
Skills/Qualifications:
•Strong Project Management skills
•Ability to be strategic, tactical, and operational in thinking
•Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
•Comfortable in operating in “white-space”
•Experience with Agile principles is desirable, not necessary
•Budget management experience (preferred, but not required)
•Detail-oriented, with strong time management, prioritizing and follow-up skills
•Ability to operate and deliver with ambiguity
•Experience leading global project teams and virtual settings
•Familiar with curriculum development and Learning Management systems
•Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams, resolve conflict, and deliver tough messages with grace
•Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
•Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
•Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
•Ability to manage projects for diverse teams to maximize performance and accomplish business outcomes
•Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization with clarity and precision both written and verbally
•Fast Learner; Sound business acumen: Proactive communication; Risk identification; Vendor Management; Flexible/agile; Stakeholder influencing
•Technical skills to include MS Project, Excel, MS Teams, and PPT (creative and visual)
