And we’re growing – in the years ahead, we’ll hire tens of thousands of people across every area of the airline. Our careers include competitive benefits package aimed at keeping you happy, healthy and well-traveled. • Support in training new schedulers via on-the-job training sessions
  • Opportunity for additional responsibilities related to crew scheduling operations and planning may be available or assigned based on operational needs
  • Assist pilots with monthly schedule management, documenting absences, performing transactions to ensure accurate crew pay, preserving pilot activity records, and assuring quality (FAR compliance, flight time, qualification data, etc.)
  • Maintain proficiency in the application of Federal Aviation regulations, pilot contract rules, and company policies to provide 24/7 support to United Airlines pilots, ensuring an exceptional level of internal customer service
  • Assign open flying to qualified flight crew members according to FAA Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), the United Pilot Agreement, and company policies

United values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply. While having the “desired” qualifications make for a stronger candidate, we encourage applicants who may not feel they check ALL of those boxes! We are always looking for individuals who will bring something new to the table!
