Job Description

A large investment manager in Boston (~$50Bn in AUM) is looking to bring on a corporate credit analyst focused on TMT.


Responsibilities:

  • Compile data from multiple sources to develop detailed financial models
  • Present investment research findings, ideas, and recommendations to portfolio managers
  • Discuss and debate fundamental credit views and relative value recommendations
  • Perform thorough, well-supported and concise fundamental research on HY/IG/leveraged loans across TMT
  • Conduct independent research by speaking with company management and industry contacts.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to build detailed financial models.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate financial analysis and recommendations
  • Buy-side experience preferred
  • 5+ years of credit analysis experience covering high yield and/or investment grade
  • Bachelor's degree required, an MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
