Creative Project Manager Internship

10Xfive is a full-service marketing and sales support partner for businesses ready to scale at an exponential rate. We handle all aspects of marketing, from branding to content creation, from digital and media client generation to sales center conversion.
PLANNING + PROJECT EXECUTION

• Document and maintain company-wide insertion order process and distribute project tasks to team members as needed.
• Represent creative in meetings as-needed.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs & expectations
• Calculate project estimates for company proposals and create production calendars upon partnership agreement.
• Coordinate meetings and distribute meeting notes
• Work closely with the Creative Team to plan out project execution, discuss deliverables, and schedules.
• Update project statuses using project management software: Monday
• Coordinate and handle outside printing needs

GRAPHIC DESIGN

• Fully responsible for performing quality control on all adds produced.
• Proof all produced ads and additional creative collateral, including, but not limited to: phone number & expiration date accuracy, spelling, grammar.
• Modify existing ad templates with updated expiration dates every month
• Make sure all graphics produced adhere to client branding & style guide requirements.

OPERATIONS

• Rename and organize 10Xfive Creative Library
• Provide administrative support to Director of Media & Creative and Creative Manager

Compensation

• College Credit
• $500/mo
• Internship has potential to turn into full-time role within 10Xfive later in 2019
