Apply knowledge of UI design and software engineering to develop high fidelity prototypes of new user interfaces and interaction models.

Strategically imagine, conceive of, manage, and drive UI design projects from concept to implementation.

Deep experience in interaction prototyping for different form factors and interfaces.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with 3D Game Engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine or Godot a plus.

Experience interfacing software with hardware prototyping platforms such as Arduino a plus.

Focused on your craft – obsessed with the details and passionate about learning new skills

Preferred location is Chicago, IL, and we are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations.

Work across a variety of clients and projects

Work on projects ranging from social media content and animations to infographics and new business decks

Create engaging work that demonstrates a strong sense of brand identity

Prepare files for print and web production

Experience using design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom and After Effects

Knowledge of lighting and audio setups

Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

Update project statuses using project management software: Monday

Make sure all graphics produced adhere to client branding & style guide requirements.

Provide administrative support to Director of Media & Creative and Creative Manager

Communicate with clients to understand their needs & expectations

Work closely with the Creative Team to plan out project execution, discuss deliverables, and schedules.

Calculate project estimates for company proposals and create production calendars upon partnership agreement.

Receive mentorship and guidance to further develop your skills

Design recurring and one-off emails, social ads, creative decks and social content

Assist in branding and art direction projects from conception to creation

Building & polishing creative decks for internal use, as well for our clients

Creates documentation for interactive experiences.

Develops and assists hosting interactive play testing experiences with other Universal team members or guests.

Experience in interactive development (games, apps, themed entertainment, interactive theater) required.
