Job Description
Be part of the All Community Events team working on marketing for events across the nation for over 100,000 participants annually! Join us in managing the marketing for 5K/10K run/walks, half marathons, marathons, pumpkin shows and holiday light shows. If you eat, sleep and breathe social media, organization, content creation, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop combined with the fast-paced, "get stuff done nature" of event day, then this is the place for you.
The All Community Events internship is designed to introduce students to marketing for a variety of events as well as give them hands-on experience working the events themselves. Throughout their time here, interns will assist with:
  • Video creation
  • Social media management
  • And much more
  • Marketing timeline management
  • Email creation
  • Facebook/Instagram ad creation
  • Content creation

Interns will also get to frequently travel to our events around the country and be a part of our event day operations. Interns will be given real responsibility as an integral part of our event day team.
Available Internships:
  • Fall 2023
    • Start date as early as August 1st.
  • Start date as early as August 1st.

  • This internship is located at our office in Lake Zurich, IL. No remote option.
  • There is a possibility for high-performing interns to get hired full-time.
  • This is a paid internship.
  • This internship can work for college credit.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • This position requires the ability to stand on your feet for an extended period of time.
  • This position requires frequent weekend availability as our events do happen on the weekends.
  • This position requires the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly over an extended period of time.
  • This position requires the ability to use a computer for an extended period of time.
  • Positive and professional attitude in the workplace.
