Job Type

• Ensure our content library remains organized and easily accessible to all stakeholders. You'll be using SharePoint to keep our images and videos organized and readily available.
• Research potential third-party platforms for partnerships, i.e. Sweatcoin and Tapjoy, to identify new opportunities for growth in acquisition channel Gather internal feedback on new products being tested for launch, informing product development decisions.
• Contribute to the optimization of our campaigns and the overall customer experience by conducting A/B tests, analyzing user behavior, and suggesting improvements.
• Develop innovative ideas for product bundles that align with monthly marketing calendar and promotional holidays. You will work closely with our team to develop and execute these ideas across multiple channels, including social media, SMS, and email.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of social media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more. This includes creating compelling content, by your hand and the help of others, while monitoring performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to help us understand our target audience and market trends.
• Develop expertise in paid search advertising by supporting our campaigns with keyword research, identifying our target audience, and keeping tabs on our competition.
• Contribute to our creative process by assisting in the production of short-form videos and other engaging content that will capture the attention of our audience. You'll have the opportunity to work with video editing tools, manage requests on Fiverr, identify spark ad influencers using TikTok Creator portal, and gather before-and-after content from our customers.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A mindset for evaluating and understanding and analyzing numbers.
• Passionate about marketing and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
