Impact is hiring a Creative Director for our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!
The Creative Director will be ready to lead and manage high-performing art and copy teams for our clients. You will be working with creative leadership on a range of clients from several verticals including finance, healthcare, and quick-service retail as well as contributing to creative ideation for new business pitches. Communication is a big part of the job, the Creative Director at Impact Managed Marketing will contribute to improving the creative process for their teams, managing client conversations where creative work is being presented and contributing to the professional development of their team members. Staying up to date on current trends, producing excellent work and going above and beyond will be key when moving towards recognition, promotion and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply them to deliver exceptional results
• Constantly looking to improve self and others around you
• Provide creative direction and feedback to team members, and mentor them to enhance their skills and capabilities
• Communicate clearly and consistently with your mentor to meet deadlines
• Create presentations to communicate ideas to the clients
• Proactively contribute to the creative output of the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, strategists, and designers, to ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations
• Leading and managing the conceptual ideation and execution of branding & marketing campaigns and deliverables
• Manage work on multiple clients at the same time

Things We Are Looking For

• Expertise in branding, copywriting, graphic design, video production, and digital marketing, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• 8+ years of experience in creative direction, preferably in a marketing agency environment
• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful integrated campaigns across various channels and platforms
• An inspiring portfolio showcasing your understanding of fundamental disciplines and principles such as color, composition, typography, photography and messaging usage across physical and digital mediums
• Fluent in full Adobe Creative Suite
• Bring creative work that meets or exceeds client expectations, budget, and timelines
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams of different sizes and backgrounds
