A leading entertainment and consumer goods company is looking for a Creative Designer to assist their team in a temp position!

ON-SITE : In Office Mon.-Thur. , Remote on Fri.

PAY: $32/HR

Responsibilities:

• Direct, maintain, and help develop presentations for internal creative reviews, ensuring archival presentations remain current and accurate throughout the development process.
• Commence the approval process for products, maintain a comprehensive product database, and provide assistance in routing product submissions at all stages.
• Receive and process incoming samples by unpacking, entering them into the system, and delivering them to the team.
• Manage scheduling for on-site and off-site meetings.
• Offer supplementary operational assistance to the Product Design teams whenever necessary.
• File samples and contribute to the organization and upkeep of the product storage area.
• Act as the main point of contact for the design team, managing the product workflow system and offering support as needed.
• Consolidate and manage merchandising requests from different internal and external clients.
• Implement and assess a wide range of documents, including organization lists, tracking forms, and confidential materials.
• Handle email aliases for asset requests and communicate with suppliers regarding updates.
• Oversee the handling of both incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure the maintenance of mailing lists, and furnish tracking information.
• Aid in creating mechanical art files for the design team, which includes file preparation and processing using internal systems.

Qualifications:

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON-SITE
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Keynote and/or Powerpoint, as well as the Microsoft Office Suite, is essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is necessary.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
