Great Energy Only is seeking a responsible and creative Assistant/Intern to join the team and work alongside our CEO on various projects while gaining hands-on experience.

We are a full service production company and creative platform. We are dedicated to producing top-quality content for our clients and making waves in the entertainment industry alongside talented creatives just like you.

Key responsibilities:

• Take meeting minutes
• Assist with photoshoots, videos, and content creation
• Create social media content
• Handle requests and inquiries appropriately
• Make travel arrangements
• Provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner
• Manage calendar and schedule meetings/appointments
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Manage social media accounts
• Screen and direct phone calls

Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• High School Diploma
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Proactive problem solver
• Available 18-20 hours per week (part-time) in Midtown/Wynwood area
• Proven work experience as an Assistant is a plus
• Laptop Computer or iPad
• A strong interest in Photo/Video Production and a desire to learn from experienced professionals
• Located in South Florida (we are located in 33137)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Office, and other industry-standard software is a plus
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Adapting to change with flexibility and a positive attitude
