Counselor - Partials Jobs

Full Time Counselor Castle Program at Virtua Hospiral in Camden and Berlin
Day Counselor and IOP (11A-7:30P) are Available
Monday to Friday
MUST have Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field;
Experience with children ages 3 to 17 in behavioral and mental health
Provides for the direct care and management of patient population of a partial care treatment center.

• Accurately records daily patient progress in the medical record as well as completing other required paperwork.
• Facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient’s treatment plan.
• Maintains certification in Handle with Care behavior management system.
• BA in Psychology, Social Work or related field required. - PHYSICAL DEMANDS:-- - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Rides along with the van driver to transport patients to and from the program.
• Maintains a therapeutic and safe environment for all patients
