Motivated Associate Attorney to join its expanding plaintiff's practice in New Jersey. Litigated cases will primarily involve property damage matters arising out of defective products, construction defects, breaches of contract, indemnity claims, and other forms of negligence. While the applicant must reside in New Jersey, the position is 100% work-from-home and leverages next generation legal technology and software. Candidates must have 2+ years of civil litigation experience and be admitted to practice in New Jersey. Other bar admissions (especially New York) are a plus and will be taken into account with respect to the compensation package. In addition to strong writing skills and being detail oriented, all applicants must have above-average communication skills as well as a pension for being a strong teammate.
