Job Summary
We are seeking a Corporate VIP Travel Executive to join our growing Corporate Travel team. This position is primarily responsible for management of client travel logistics and handling all travel requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess an acute attention to detail, adaptability and be adept at anticipating the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Report, investigate, and resolve errors or/and client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service
- To issue air tickets and perform re-calculations of international and domestic airfares
- Ensure the company does not incur any financial losses through individual and avoidable errors
- Service all travel requests to the highest standards from inquiry to reconciliation including air, hotel, car, rail and/or ancillary services
- Manage corporate and entertainment client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs. Analyze all inquiries and requests received from clients and decide on the best options to offer. Formulate logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that budgets and specific requirements are met.
- Assist with any Client ad-hoc requests
- Complete all TAG desktop files and respond to all communications proactively, promptly, efficiently, and accurately
- Create and maintain client profiles and adhere to company policy
- Fully service all inquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation. Ensure all air, rail, hotel and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Log all client and supplier favors accordingly
- Ensure PNR entries in GDS are correct and fully completed
- Work within given deadlines and ensure all client budgets and requirements are met
- Action all required tasks related to clients and/or suppliers in a timely and effective manner to ensure correct information is readily available for continuity of service for all team members
- Maintain good client and supplier relationships and retain accounts and agreements, ensure the highest standards and levels of service are delivered at all times with a personalized and individual approach to each client
- Offering expert advice in all aspects of Business Travel
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest possible standards at all times
- Adhere to PCI regulations in accordance with Company policy
Qualifications
- Versed in booking flights, hotels and a good understanding of published airfares
- The ability to think outside the box and problem solve
- Experience in using Apollo is preferable but not essential
- BS or BA degree preferred, or in lieu of education, equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional manner with exceptional customer service
- Extensive experience in booking Entertainment/Touring Travel
- Time management and organizational skills essential
- Experience handling VIP, entertainment clients, and/or group travel
- Excellent customer service skills internally and externally
- Knowledge of net and published fares
