Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Revenue Manager to join our team and maximize revenue opportunities for our portfolio of hotels. As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, analyzing market trends, and optimizing pricing and inventory to achieve the hotel's financial goals. Your primary focus will be to maximize room revenue, while also considering other revenue streams such as food and beverage, spa, and other hotel services. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in revenue management within the hospitality industry.Work space will be located in one of Giri Hotel Management hotels closest to your residence.Some travel is required.


Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.

Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for pricing adjustments and revenue optimization.

Analyze historical and current data to forecast demand and make informed decisions on pricing, availability, and distribution channels.

Set and update pricing strategies for different market segments, room types, and seasons to achieve optimal occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with promotional campaigns and special offers.

Conduct regular revenue meetings with key stakeholders to review performance, identify challenges, and propose solutions.

Utilize revenue management systems and tools to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to drive revenue growth.

Implement and maintain effective inventory controls and rate restrictions across all distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and corporate accounts.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners to drive business and negotiate favorable contracts.

Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of revenue management strategies, making adjustments as necessary.

Train and mentor the hotel staff on revenue management concepts and best practices.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel revenue management preferred or relevant hotel industry experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.

Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools, such as property management systems (PMS) and revenue management software.

Excellent knowledge of distribution channels, online travel agencies (OTAs), and electronic distribution systems (EDS).

Familiarity with market segmentation, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization techniques.

Solid understanding of hotel operations, sales, and marketing functions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and ethical standards.
