User support for Workday performance management activities such as goals, pulse checks and feedback.

Talent Acquisition support, including merging profiles in Avature, manage certain requisitions for TA employees and contractors.

Experience working in a Help Desk or Contact Center environment with reporting

Experience with Workday or comparable tools

Experience with applying detailed focus on data and process to ensure data integrity

Bachelor's Degree or relevant certifications/experience in Information technology or related field

Develope and manage a team consisting of IT Administrators and Specialists and informally leading IT staff to improve reporting and performance.

(5) years experience in IT with increasing responsibility

Lead the establishment and administration of the overall service demand and performance monitoring strategy for the Information Technology department.

Demonstratable familiarity with standard ITSM technologies

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Project management, facilitation and excellent organizational skills.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in health care administration.

Demonstrated experience related to regulatory compliance, quality improvement.

Proficiency in communication, excellent writing and verbal skills.

Knowledge of quality improvement methodology and analytic expertise, ability to understand and interpret quality performance data.

Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to collaborate with others and lead/direct complex projects.

Assist manager in providing and analyzing payroll data for a variety of regulatory, legal and other reporting purposes.

Reconciles multiple payroll liability accounts and posts any required general ledger adjustments.

Assist in year-end payroll processes and provide backup support for critical bi-weekly payroll tasks and processing.

Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations by facilitating and filing returns and tax payments.

Responds to related tax correspondence by researching federal, state, and local taxation issues and recommends tax strategies.

Review, validate and if necessary correct incoming financial data to ensure its integrity for accurate financial reporting.

Knowledge of Risk Management - Claims/Medical Systems

Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Train field officers in system reporting requirements and regulation standards. Recommend process improvements.

3 or more years of experience in CSXT or Rail Operations

Knowledge of Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) regulatory standards

Customer Service (internal and external) skills

Oversees onboarding and orientation of new employees to ensure understanding of duties, responsibilities, work requirements and performance standards.

Applies clinical analytic skills to evaluate, summarize, present, and recommend action based on data interpretation. (MIDAS, Vizient, Epic, QlikView, Statit, etc.).

3-5 years previous experience in similar role

CRCR or CSBI Certification, or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire

Support the completion of revenue cycle award applications in collaboration with operational and client delivery partners
