Expert organizer meets out-of-the-box thinker. This position will oversee and execute all in-person and virtual events for Onspring, which includes industry conferences and tradeshows, partner events, Onspring regional user summits, and the Onspring annual user conference. If you want to create interesting, unique, one-of-a-kind experiences, this is the role for you. As the in-house owner of all things related to events, you will be responsible for managing all corporate events that are designed to drive either lead acquisition and/or engage current customers. This orchestration includes participating in the review of conferences selection, negotiating contracts, ideating, and developing assets with the creative team, and communicating roles and expectations to Onspring attendees. This role is also responsiblefor orchestration of event promotion, meaning building project plans to map promotion of conferences and recommended follow up initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan rolling 12-month event calendar to support lead generation and customer retention
• Work with speakers to line up presentations and travel accommodations
• Coordinate all event details, including schedules, speakers, menus, accommodations, supporting materials
• Travel required
• Identify venues, develop budgets, and negotiate costs with vendors
• Collaborate with marketing team to produce before/during/after event materials
• Contribute ideas for stand-out appearances or one-of-a-kind experiences
