Exercise Planner, Junior Jobs

Key role:

Applies a broad understanding of how to organize diverse groups to build shared understanding of complex challenges, facilitates collective problem solving, analysis and implementation of new solutions and best practices. Applies basic principles, theories, and concepts, limited industry knowledge. Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision.

Basic qualifications:

• Ability to design, execute, and deliver analytic tasks associated with exercises to include identifying and shaping objectives, develop exercise constructs, author scenarios, facilitate participant discussions and author after action reports and briefings
• Experience with the warfighting functions, COA analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes and procedures to design exercises that enable participants to test assumptions in a minimal-risk environment
• Top Secret clearance
• Associates degree

Additional Qualifications

• Ability to be a self-starter and effectively communicate with senior managers
• Ability to coordinate with partners in verbal and written formats

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,300.00 to $93,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
