What You'll Do


  • Render personal care services and provides transportation to school and doctor's appointments.
  • Provide for the safety and security of child/adolescents within the residential setting by promoting a healthy, clean and supportive environment.
  • Provide on-site support for Residential Counselors, assuring appropriate policies and protocols are followed
  • Provide for the management and care coordination of the residents needs
  • This position has an on-call coverage responsibility
  • Ensure the efficient running of the day to day program under the leadership of the Program Director

What You'll Bring To The Team


  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or related field plus a minimum of three years of experience -OR-
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record
  • Master's degree in counseling or related field and one year of related experience
