Acenda is an integrated health care agency dedicated to industry-leading prevention, treatment and wellness services compassionately delivered to ensure that every individual, family and community achieves their greatest potential. 40 Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 4pm - 12am 5th day, Floating Shift. What you'll do Provide culturally competent service delivery Assist with skills training and daily living responsibilities Uphold ethical standards in accordance with the Social Work Code of Ethics Effectively engage all client populations Work closely with the residential nurse, supervisor and director in implementation of adult individualized rehabilitation treatment goals Collaborate with Acenda team members and external supports to enhance independence.
