Shift: FT Sunday to Thursday 11p-7a

What You'll Do

• Provide culturally competent service delivery
• Work closely with the residential nurse, supervisor and director in implementation of adult individualized rehabilitation treatment goals
• Assist with skills training and daily living responsibilities
• Uphold ethical standards in accordance with the Social Work Code of Ethics
• Collaborate with Acenda team members and external supports to enhance independence.
• Effectively engage all client populations

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Energy and a passion to assist our adults in a residential setting
• A High school diploma or equivalent, plus four years of related mental health experience - may be substituted for a degree
• Preferred is a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in mental health, health, or other appropriate human services-related discipline with knowledge of and experience with chronic mentally ill adult population
• Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record
